Forgiveness is a choice. We may not be able to wipe away the hurt that someone has caused but we can choose to cast off the bitterness, anger, and feelings of the need to revenge and justice. How? Trust in God, believe in His word, and turn judgment over to Him. Once we let God to take over, we can start to let the negative feelings go.

I love this man, I really do.
They pulled at His beard, slapped His face, spit and kicked and punched and hit.
Like He was not the Son of God. Like He was not their Creator. Like He was not their Savior. Like He was not the Lamb, who takes away the sin of the world.
“Forgive them, Father!” He cried aloud. “For they do not know what they do!”
And He thought of you, He thought of you. And it was worth it, what He was going through, it was worth it, if it means spending eternity with You.
He loves you. Despite every failure, and mistake, and shortcoming. He loves you. He wants you. He yearns for you.
A beautiful Savior He truly is, none compares to our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ.
None, absolutely none.

True this.
How do you explain why you like someone? The answer's simple--you can't. The feelings you get when you wake up to their text message, when you see their smile and know it's there because of you, when you see their face light up the second they see you, when they hold you in their arms, when you want to see/talk/be with them 24/7, when they tell you that you're the most important thing in the world to them, when they accept you for who you are, and when they tell you that they love you; all those feelings you get can only be felt, not explained. You can tell that you like someone all based on how you "feel", it's as if time has stopped and everything seems perfect for once, it's as if you're walking on air and nothing could ever bring you down.

Bonjour Paris.
A macaron is a sweet confectionery made with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food coloring. The macaron is commonly filled with butter cream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies. Its name is derived from an Italian word "maccarone" or "maccherone". This word is itself derived from ammaccare, meaning crush or beat, used here in reference to the almond paste which is the principal ingredient. It is meringue-based: made from a mixture of egg whites, almond flour, and both granulated and confectionery sugar.
Falling in love was God's idea.
He was the one who made us capable of experiencing romance feelings. He was the one who gave us the ability to appreciate beauty and experience attraction. And He was the one who invented marriage so that the blazing fire of romantic love could become something even more beautiful, a pulsing, red-hot ember of covenant love in marriage.
Why did He do it? For the same reason that He made sunsets and mountain ranges and fireflies! Because He's good. Because He wants to give us a million different opportunities to see just how wonderful He is.

Parekoy.
Effects of kissing.
- Long kisses are beneficial to our circulatory system. When kissing, our pulse rate is quickening up to 110 beats per minute. This is a great training for our cardiovascular system.
- After kissing, the lungs work harder, resulting in 60 inhales per minute compared to regular 20 inhales. Such “ventilation” is a good preventive measure against lung diseases.
- Some dentists believe that kissing is a preventive measure against dental caries. Indeed, kissing stimulates the flow of saliva that eliminates acid coat on the teeth.
- Kisses that last more than three minutes help us fight stress and its effects. Long kisses trigger the chain of biochemical reactions, which destroys stress hormones.
- Those who kiss their partner goodbye each morning live five years longer than those who don’t.
- Kissing is great for self-esteem. It makes you feel appreciated and helps your state of mind.
- Kissing burns calories, 2-3 calories a minute and can double your metabolic rate. Research claims that three passionate kisses a day (at least lasting 20 seconds each) will cause you to loose an entire extra pound.
- Kissing is a known stress-reliever. Passionate kissing relieves tension, reduces negative energy and produces a sense of well being, lowering your cortisol ‘stress’ hormone.
- Kissing uses 30 facial muscles and it helps keep the facial muscles tight, preventing baggy cheeks! The tension in the muscles caused by a passionate kiss helps smooth the skin and increases the circulation.
- Kissing is good for the heart, as it creates an adrenaline which causes your heart to pump more blood around your body. Frequent kissing has scientifically been proven to stabilize cardiovascular activity, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol.
- Those who kiss quite frequently are less likely to suffer from stomach, bladder and blood infections.
- During a kiss, natural antibiotics are secreted in the saliva. Also, the saliva contains a type of anesthetic that helps relieve pain.
- Kissing reduces anxiety and stops the ‘noise’ in your mind. It increases the levels of oxytocin, an extremely calming hormone that produces a feeling of peace.
Are you ready for "Romance with purpose"?
So I went to one of my favorite bookstore (Vines and the Branches) to find and buy a devotional book. And I found this book, "Boy meets Girl" by Joshua Harris. It's a book about courtship, it is filled with stories of ordinary people who are choosing to honor God in the real-life details of their love lives, from agonizing questions about the timing of a relationship.
The book is is in three sections:
The part one defines the basic principles of courtship. We'll see how when we allow wisdom to guide our intense romantic feelings, our relationship are blessed by patience, purpose and a clear grasp of reality.I just read Chapter one already and its beautiful. I'm hoping this book can help me how to wait for my own romance with purpose and I'm really hoping that it'll inspire me. So I can share this with my friends who are single too. :)
The part two jumps into the practical issues of what to do as the season of courtship unfolds. We'll learn how to grow closer, but still guard our hearts in important areas like friendship, communications, fellowship and romance.
The part three helps couples who are getting more serious to move towards marriage in a God-honoring way. We'll see how God's grace can help us face sin from our past.

Love of my Life.
Me, G-ann, Rona, Clare
"We may not be blooded but you're a real sister to me."
We called B's because our nicknames are all starts with the letter "B". Look, 'Bhie, Bingka, Bee and Biko', see? :) I love them so much! We raise in the same church, there we grow together, we sing and dance together. God witness everything, that we fall but we helped each other to rise. We fight but we come back to each others arms. We smile and laugh at each others silly and non-sense jokes because that's our favorite to do. And most of all, we witness each others weaknesses and still we helped each other to be more strong. Having our differences is not that easy for us but our love for each other fill the differences of our human being and of our friendship. And we all know that God is still in the center of our friendship.I believe that these people are my soul mates. Life seems so much better when you have a friend by your side and I'm so much lucky to have not one but three amazing and wonderful people in my life and I thank God for giving them to me. P.S. We did not talk but we did talk to prayers and to our hearts. God knows how much I owe and love you guys. You will still my bff and bff's are forever. So we are forever and you will still be the 'love of my life.'
